I would be a legacy
I am not in any AP classes.

Legacy is not a factor considered for admission to UIUC. Two most important factors are class rank and test score. Go here to see the middle 50% ranges for class rank/test score for students admitted to class that entered in August 2007, including for each college: http://www.oar.uiuc.edu/future/apply/requirements_freshman.html

Your test score hovers at the 25% range for most of the colleges and even lower for some; your class rank is very low for any of the colleges. You should consider UIUC a large reach. Senior year grades are not considered for admission.

Ya, sorry man, but your chances at U of I-UC aren't very good. Look at one of the directional schools, I.E. Northern, Southern, Eastern, Western Illinois as a more realistic option.

I agree w/ the consensus. If you really want to go to UIUC, your best bet is to raise your ACT a phenomenal amount (30 or higher); even then it will be doubtful. Keep in mind that UIUC does not consider senior grades.
