<p>Job Experience: Work at a private company that develops practice standardized tests (MCA's) for Minnesota (grades 6,7,10,11) and helps struggling schools meet goals that grant them government money, I also donated tests I designed to over 50 schools and volunteer taught math at a Volunteers of America high school in Minneapolis, implementing the testing system I designed to increase student proficiency in math.</p>

<p>I'd say you have a good chance of admission. Your SAT is strong, as is your ACT. Your ECs are average though, as is your GPA. Maybe 70-75% shot?</p>

<p>Are SAT IIs required?</p>

<p>I believe they are suggested, not required.</p>

<p>If you really want W and L, do not forget you need to interview either on campus or with an alumni interviewer in your area. While their website states an interview is not an absolute, an interview will definitely enhance your chances.</p>

<p>Any chance you could reconsider and apply ED- I think they have 2 rounds. About 40% on incoming class comes from ED applicants.</p>
