chances?

I posted once, but I want to see what would change with my new SAT score

1st of all I'm In State and trying to get into the College of Engineering

My U of M GPA (only soph/jun yrs) is a 3.8_ im not sure exactly what it is, but the only classes that I got Bs in were English/Foreign Language

As of Classes, I took AP Chem my sophmore year, AP US Hist AP English AP Physics my junior year, and Im planning to take Humanities, BC Calc(AP), Stats AP, AP Biology my senior year. I also took mostly all the honors/accelerated classes that my school offered for all subjects

SAT I: Math:780, Crit Reading:600 Writing:640
SAT II: MathII:800 US HIST:680
ACT 29: E:30 M:30 R:27 S:28

I was also wondering what would be better to send, my SATI or my ACT score, as of now (pretending I do not get a better SAT score when i retake)

My ExtraCurricular:
Church... lots of hours/volunteer
Upper JV tennis 4 yrs (our school was state champ and I could've made varsity in many of the other schools...)
Science Olympiad 3 yrs (went to competitions won medals)
Interact club 2 yrs (supported by Rotary) a community service club recently formed in my school and in which I will be part of the executive board my senior year
I also ranked in the top 200 in a Michigan Math contest (if that actually does anything)
and lots of other little clubs that i joined for a year and left

oh yeah, does it hurt that I didn't send in for early action? I still need to write one essay, yeah, senioritis right here... I'm probably going to send it end of next week

Nah, I don't think it will hurt you. Don't worry.
