Chances!

Ok so i am a white female, i live in st. louis and go to a private all-girls catholic school.
Most girls in my school end up somewhere in the south aka Ole Miss, SMU, TCU, UVA etc. (don't know if this would matter)

Stats:
G.P.A - 3.65, I've taken only honors and ap courses and my school does not weight any grades

ACT - i got a 30 both times i took the test

SAT II - Lit 660 and US History 760

AP - US History 5

Honor Roll every semester

Cornell Book Award

Great Teacher and Counselor Recs

Really Good Essay

ECs

4 years on varsity golf team

3 service trips, San Francisco, Bridgeport, CT and Mexico

Yearbook Editor

I write a column for the Newspaper

I coordinate tutoring for National Honor Society and started a tutoring program with a middle school for "at risk" girls

I've done well over 300 hours of service

I work 3 or 4 days a week after school at a drycleaners and I nanny for a family with three kids on the nights I don't work.

I am apply ED

I won't be applying for financial aid (don't know if this means anything)

Thank you so much for your help!!!

do you have a class ranking? or an estimate; i.e. top 10%, 5% etc.

my school doesnt rank but i would guess top 10%

I'd say you have a possible chance of getting in (but alas, not guaranteed by any means). The great essays/recs will definitely help (from what I've heard, many an applicant has written their way into CMC). Your grades and ACT's aren't the best, but they are far from automatic rejections also. Good luck
