<p>Submitted my app already, I'm trying to get into VT's Biochemistry program
If I don't get into the major I specified does that mean I won't get accepted period? I have NO idea how this works...:(</p>

<p>Your stats look great except for the math. But even if you don't get in the Biochem, you will be considered for University Studies. From there you can choose your major in Soph year.</p>

<p>I do live in Virginia, but not in Northern Virginia (I live in a pretty rural area close to West Virginia where not a lot of kids even go to college) would this have any impact?</p>

<p>It'll work in your favor, as will your ethnicity. I think you'd have a decent shot at getting in regardless though.</p>
