Teacher Recs: Excellent (seriously, very, very good)

<p>Committees...You seem to be a very good applicant. GPA is a little low. Good luck. Many factors not all of which are knowable go into their decisions.</p>

<p>^ I guess it refers to committee when one says 'adcom'; but, 'adcoms' in the sense of the guys who decide to accept you or not refers to people, not to non-human committees. At least, that's how I think it's used around here.</p>
