Chances..

Okay, I know you guys can't say for sure what my chances are but at least you can give your opinion and as an international student I really need an opinion from someone who knows the American college system well.

Okay - here goes:

As I just said I'm an international student from europe and I'm applying for financial aid.

SAT: Math: 620, CR: 700, W: 690

SATS: French: 700, Literature: 700, History: 680

Grades: I don't know my GPA - but I know that I'm in the top 10%

Work: Diner, French library and French kindergarden

EC's: Tuba - have played in several ensembles, marching bands, orchestras etc. Piano - I play concerts regularly

Special interests: Romance languages - especially French. Music (obviously)

Schools: Harvard, Yale, Columbia, NYU

Harvard, Yale, and Columbia are tough for everyone. You have a shot, just try to get your sat score up (if you're a junior). NYU i think you can make, CAS right?

I agree with Batman. NYU will probably accept, but unless your SAT goes up, I'd say no for HYC. Although you were a little vague with your ECs, so maybe you have other hooks that you didn't mention.
