You’re in Florida and Fstate, good chance at GW and NYU. Very unlikely that you will get into Uchic, Penn, or Columbia (not sure to what extent ethnicity would help, but your stats are far too low).

You have impressives E.C.s, I would look at schools whose selectivity is above GW and somewhat below the ivies (Gtown, Notre Dame, Emory, etc.)

i was planning on retaking the SAT’s. Last time i retook it i went up 300 points so im hoping for maybe 200 this time.

Also what about Berkley or others out west?

I hope you don’t mind bluntness :)

College: Columbia University - probably not
College: Florida State University - in, definitely
College: George Washington University - you have a shot, show interest
College: New York University - considering the spike in applications, don’t get your hopes up
College: University of Chicago - don’t count on it
College: University of Florida - looking good, especially being an in-stater
College: University of Pennsylvania - again, don’t get your hopes up

What about my chances at the London School of Economics? I really have no idea, some people said it was harder than an ivy league but some said it was about as hard as Michigan.

That seems like a great school.

Bump Please
