The only place you seem to be weak are your SATs, which really don't look good. How many times have you taken them? Did you prepare at all? You should definitely consider retaking them (with some more prep) and/or taking the ACTs.

Also, have you taken SATII's yet?

You should definitely take the ACT. I only scored a 1900 on the SATs when I took them, but I got a 33 on the ACT - which put me in Tufts' range. But you should consider taking practice exams for the SAT on your own, and then retaking the test. That's what I was planning on doing, but thankfully the ACT saved me, and I decided not to take the SAT I test again.

Other than your testing, you seem like a solid applicant. I like your extra curricular activities because they seem well-rounded, but focused. Plus, it seems like you're dedicated to them, instead of just making a laundry list for the benefit of college applications. You have a lot of leadership too.

If you really, really want to attend Tufts, then apply early decision.

Good luck :-)

Although your SAT scores are not in the "Tufts range", like the above poster said, it is the only weakness in your resume. I would say when you apply to Tufts, do awesome on the essays, and make sure you state clearly why you should be in the Tufts class, and what separates you from the rest. As someone who will be a Tufts freshman next year, I can tell you that SAT scores are important, but not something which will drastically lower your chances of getting in.
