Class Rigor : Freshman year I only had one honors class (English) and I did quite poor/average in my classes I ended up with a C in Env. Science, C in Algebra 1, D in Computers, and an F in Spanish 2. :/
The next year I had all A's in all honors classes with the exception of a B one semester of Biology Honors. I enrolled in dual enrolment at the local CC, and completed 3 years of Spanish credits with all A's. Along with 3 other extra classes there.
Over the summer and into my junior year I took 15 classes through dual enrolment, with a CC GPA of 3.5. I had to take a F in my Chemistry class because of a fight I got in with my teacher about how demanding to every student in there, how he thought girls couldnt do science, the different grading scale he gave the females in the class and his ridiculous grading system. I had to receive 0's on everything from that class from that point onward because I felt verbally attacked. (this same teacher was later fired when he made racist remarks to one of his student just 3 months later)
I was put into the honors version of the same class next semester and received an A.
