Other random things:
- This summer, I did a program at Barnard College.
- Last summer, I was a People to People Student Ambassador in Australia

- Will surely have sterling recommendations.
- Will surely have a sterling essay.

Chances for:
Barnard (maybe Early Decision, if I'm happy enough with my test scores)
Tufts
NYU
Boston U
Brandeis
Fordham
Franklin and Marshall
Oberlin
Sarah Lawrence

also, if anyone could suggest some safety schools for me, it would be greatly appreciated. I know I have too many reach schools and not enough safeties...finding safeties I like has been such a challenge for me so any help is welcome :)

…please?

bump.
please.

OK, I think Barnard, Tufts and NYU are reaches because if SAT and ACT. BU and Fordham are matches. I am not sure about Oberlin, Brandeis and SL- I’d guess match.
FYI-Franklin and Marshal does not require standardized tests for applicants with high grades. Maybe you should pursue that option with them, while applying the usual way elsewhere.

So…long time but…bump.

bump. please?

Get that SAT and/or ACT score up, and you’re chances will improve a lot. Right now Barnard, Tufts, NYU, and Brandeis are reaches.

You have a great class rank. If you raise your SAT score (both the reasoning and subject tests preferably to over 700 on each section), you’d be in the running for even the most competitive colleges (Ivies, etc).

Do not write that you are a NFL member on your app. That will be laughed at by colleges seeing that any individual who participates in any Forensics event in the US is part of the NFL. If you qualified for TOC, won big name tournaments, or had outstanding distinction/ NFL all american status, it would make the activity noteworthy. As of now Barnard is a huge reach (avg SAT = 1330+). Tufts (1400+) and Brandeis (1300+) are reaches as well.
