<p>your stats look wonderful; my only concern would be your number of APs. UVA is well known for looking at rigor of high school courses first. years ago, during our info session, they said most applicants have around 10 APs or so. HOWEVER, maybe your school doesn't offer many, in which case you're fine. they, as well as all schools will compare what you took, with what your high school offers. and the OOS category is a tough one. good luck!</p>
<p>then you're in good shape andrew! they also really appreciate creative, to-the-point essays, for what it's worth. just drawing upon our real experience and what our guidance counselor was told by UVA. but as you know, the whole college process is the proverbial "crapshoot" and sometimes their choices make no sense at first glance. and it all gets kind of blurred with the OOS thing. i'd be happy to PM if you think i can be helpful.</p>
