I've been on varsity tennis since sophomore year and junior yr I was the number 1 seed.

Your ACTs are weak. Also, your ECs read like a laundry list. Focus on the more important ones and reflect legitimate interest in your essays. Your transcript is excellent, by the way.

what do you mean "they read like a laundry list"?
do you mean only talk about ECs I have a passion for?

laundry list means your ec's are all over the place, but i disagree with that statement.

ahaha i think your ec's are somewhat focused, with speech, debate, leadership, and spanish... but the key is do you have any leadership positions in those clubs?

since your brother goes to penn how do your stats compare to his... imho, i think your scores and rank are little low (2nd 5%). but best of luck

i'm the section leader of the band and I help organize the events in the diversity club plus i'm the vp of the spanish club.

my brothers stats were a lot diff...34 ACT, top 5 percent, classes take at local community college and Harvard...

I agree with the rest of the posters that your stats are weak. Your connection to your brother, however, may give you some form of leg-up in admissions (I don't believe that it will, but give it a shot).

should I take the time to apply?

Send your resume to Penn's tennis coach. His reaction is an indication of your chances. btw, are you applying to CAS?

I"m not good enough to play division I tennis tho so idk if thats a great idea

applying to wharton

ok, then forget about my suggestion :) Wharton is a longer shot, and your lowish SAT II Math 2 score is no help.
