<p>If you raise it to 3.5, you have a shot great shot. But if its still around 3.13, its quite risky and they could possible reject you.</p>
<p>Try to boost your GPA. Realistically speaking it's a bit low. If you have good E/C's that will help make up for it, but not much.</p>

<p>By the end of the fall semester I could have at the best a 3.44 and the worst a 3.38 . I'm also TAG Eligible and have completed / in progress for all IGETC reqs, don't know if that changes anything.</p>
<p>UCSB is fairly easy to transfer (I've seen a lot of people go with less than a 3.0), but i'm sure biz econ is harder.. still, you're probably safe with a 3.3</p>
