I am applying as a first-year.

My scores are low, 10 points under thier "minimum for freshman applicants" (1030) is this followed for students with as many credits as I do?

I don't know if that minimum is followed strictly. If it's not set in stone, I like your chances. Otherwise, you look like a great applicant. Have you tried taking the ACT? I have a feeling you would perform better on that than your current score on the SAT.

SaveOnUndergrad gave you some good advice.

I'd contact the Undergraduate Admissions office and explain your situation and see what they have to say. Regardless, 10 more points on the SAT or a solid ACT score shouldn't be a problem.

Congrats on completing your first two years. Any idea of what you want to study?

Thanks!:) Yeah I am planing on majoring in Accounting or Finance.

The business school is one of the most difficult to get into here. (mass comm is the other one) So if you do come here, be focused from day one and work hard. There are a lot of indifferent students, which gives those who work hard a leg up in getting ahead.
