<p>Excellent letter of recommendation from a teacher who has had me for two years. My guidance counselor also wrote a great letter. Both GW essays I wrote were clear and unique.</p>

My grandfather attended GW and played basketball for them.
I had an interview over the summer that went well.</p>

<p>I think you have a very good chance. Your gpa is excellent, and I’m assuming that a 4.3 w gpa puts you somewhere around the top 10 - 15% of your class. Very, very solid chance. Good luck !</p>

<p>thanks! I am from the Philadelphia area. I’m staying really optimistic about getting accepted, hopefully things work out!</p>

<p>I forgot to mention that I am in the top 5% of my class and I will have taken 6 APs by graduation.</p>

<p>yea i would say your in, especially considering you have shown a lot of interest by having an interview. I am also from the Philadelphia area, and I applied ED I as well. Good luck to both of us hopefully.</p>
