In the end, I think the Achilles Heel of my application are my Standardized Test Scores. Are they low enough to keep me out?

depends on major, cornell would seem unlikely id think cause of low math. UNC is likely. GTown will b hard they have admissions like the ivies, really arbitrary. scores hurt for BC. The reast are high matches probably, good luck. You will get into probably two.

Anyways, those scores make the high-caliber schools (GTown, Cornell, Vandy, BC, W&L to some extent) a slight reach, but you are good for the other two schools.

yotti thanks for chancing me! First of all nice GPA and sports !!!!!!!

Georgetown = (75) = u got good leadership + GPA
Vanderbilt = (75) ^^^^^
Cornell = (55) IVYs , if u get in , it will be cuz of ur gpa and sports
Washington and Lee =(idk)
Boston College =(90) with scholarship
Wake Forest = (100) they don't require SAT
, and UNC Chapel Hill (60).

Wow, we have a lot in common. We both have a 1300 on SAT I (CR + M); you scored a 710 on writing, me a 730; we both scored a 690 on one SAT II; our class ranks are similar: yours is 4th, mine is 7th; we both took 2 AP classes junior year and 5 AP classes senior year; we're both in track and NHS; and we both have an interest in debate and mock trial.

Not sure if I can assess your chances...hopefully they're good!

The first thing that I notice when reviewing your stats is your excellent extracurricular activities...truly amazing. Furthermore you have a great GPA and a tough senior courseload. The only thing that is somewhat low is your SAT/ACT. However, I think the other parts of your application can easily displace/outshine your average test scores. That being said:

Georgetown: Match/Low reach
Cornell: High Match/ Low reach
UNC: In/Match since you're instate

The rest of the schools you have applied to, I am not too familiar with so I'll let someone else give you his or her thought. Good luck with everything and keep thinking positively.

very nice GPA, class rank, and I think your ECS show a lot of leadership. which is good obviously :P
Boston College, Wake Forest, and UNC Chapel Hill are overall matches. if you emphsize your ECS in your essays , then youll probably have a good chance at vanderbilt and georgetown.
personally, i think you have better chances at private colleges (most of what you applied for anyway), because they look at more than just scores. i dont know about north carolina public schools, but the university of california's definitely stress scores since so many people apply.

I think your test scores may pose a problem, but your location is pretty favorable, and your leadership is excellent. I think you're in for all except Georgetown and Cornell, which tend to have more emphasis on test scores.

Your test scores are definitely on the low side at these colleges, but your GPA and ECs will be able to cover it. I say these are all matches/low reaches

Haha this is like looking in a mirror except for your GPA is a little better =). So, I am going to rate you about the same that I would to myself.

Georgetown: Low Reach
Vanderbuilt: Low Reach
Cornell: Low - Moderate Reach
Washington and Lee: Low Reach
Boston College: Match
Wake Forest: Match
UNC Chapel Hill: Match

you have a great weighted/unweighted GPA. And your EC's are amazing.

Georgetown: Mid Reach
Vanderbuilt: Match
Cornell: Low Reach
Washington and Lee: Mid Reach
Boston College: Match
Wake Forest: Match
UNC Chapel Hill: Low Reach

I think you have a good chance at all of these schools. I'm not familiar with Cornell's admission standards so I'm not sure about that. You have a very high GPA and great ECs, so I think you'll get into most of these schools.

Georgetown: Low reach
Vanderbilt: Match - Low reach
Cornell: Match - Low reach
Washington and Lee: IDK
Boston College: Match
Wake Forest: Match
UNC Chapel Hill: Match
