<p>Well, if i am not mistaken, the purpose of affirmative action is to increase the number of URMs at a school. If a particular (minority) group is over represented at the given school, why should this group reap the benefits of affirmative action?</p>

<p>Also, I think your first premiseis flawed. Affirmative action is supposed to eliminate any unfair advantage a group holds during their life.</p>

<p>But yeah, Jews are definately not an under represented minority at all. However, for all of you that want to go to Penn, from my schools experience they love Jews. I believe it was two years ago that we got in 5 or 6 people (or something like that) early decision out of a class that was probably around 80-85 people.</p>
