In other words, I have the highest courseload possible.

SAT: 1850 (680M)(580CR)(590W)

GPA: around 96 (our school doesn't weigh)
major upward trend

Class Rank: 16/276 (6 %)

Other Stuff: I’ve played the piano since third grade
I’ve skiied since 4th grade

I have so far volunteered at a library and I am going to do tuturing and giving piano lessons this summer.

Maybe you should think of some colleges you want to take and we can give you an estimate as to what your chances are. Btw, what you did in 8th grade doesn't make a difference and neither does skiing. However there are a lot of schools that are around your level, but I'm not too familiar with that range so I can't help you there. However, I would strongly suggest raising your SAT score. The upward trend in your GPA is going to help you, as well the fact that you took the hardest courseload.

Thanks for the comment. Chanches are that my SAT score will probably rise with 2 years left of high school. But making that certain is a little premature.

You are fine. 1850 really isn't bad with so much time left. SAt really isn't something you can't prepare for so keep trying. Your EC is very handsome and your courses are rigorous too.

Keep practicing on your test taking skills by exercising with real tests in the CB offical SAT book.

Thanks for the input Vehemet
