-This summer, I am studying abroad in Germany as an exchange student for a month. I will be completely immersed in the culture and language. I don't know if colleges care about this?
-Hosted three German exchange students in my house
-Girl Scout for 12 years
-Working 25 hours a week at the same job for the past couple of years</p>

-Mission trips to an Indian reservation and urban Miami
-things with Key Club and Girl Scouts...soup kitchens etc
-Tutoring at school</p>

<p>Hi again…I believe this is the same post I answered on the Gettysburg college forum… F&M is a little more selective than Gettysburg college to gain admittance…You definitely have to show interest at F&M…visit and interview…Hopefully your ACT scores will climb a bit, and your AP’s be a comfortable 4 or 5, any SAT subject tests to submit??? Standardized testing helps the colleges determine if High school grade deflation/ grade inflation exist on your stats.</p>

<p>Franklin & Marshall, like Gettysburg, is SAT optional. F&M requires that you submit 2 graded writing samples if you choose not to submit standardized test results while Gettysburg just allows you to not submit your scores. I agree with goingtobebroke, F&M is more selective than Gettysburg so you will need to show a true interest in the school. Your stats look very good to me for F&M.</p>
