yeah I think you should get in, depends on what major you’re applying for though

I’m thinking of applying for engineering. I’ve taken civil engineering and other intro courses in high school. But I might apply business as a second choice.

You’ll definitely get into engineering. I was just at orientation and they told me that out of 3,000 or so entering freshmen this year, 970 of them are in general engineering so it’s a sizable population of the school. I got in with a 3.0 GPA and a 34 on the ACT so with better grades that me, you’ll be a lock to get in.

thanks and hopefully I’ll be at Clemson in 2010

I would say that you have a very good chance. If your scored come up a bit, I don’t see why you wouldn’t be admitted.

My S is interested in Clemson. Below are his stats:

In state
26 ACT
4.2 weighted GPA
top 10 %
AP/honors courses
very involved in ec and sports
both parents alum

he is interested in engineering or ag sciences

tigeratheart- He should be in. The only thing I really see that could go up is the test scores. 1200 or more would be good.

I agree with Mpratt15, I think he’s in

26 on the ACT is good enough for Clemson
