Do I even stand a chance at Stanford, Columbia (legacy), Georgetown (legacy), Dartmouth, Penn (legacy), Harvard, Pomona, Vanderbilt, Chicago or the like?

You’ll be fine kiddo.

GREAT ACT scores! Why not retake the SAT and see if you can improve?

You’ve got solid stats. Here’s what I think…

Stanford - Reach. Seems like a crapshoot for even the strongest candidates
Columbia (legacy) - Reach, but legacy may minimize.
Georgetown (legacy) - Reach, but legacy may minimize.
Dartmouth - Minor reach.
Penn (legacy) - Reach, but legacy may minimize.
Harvard - Reach
Pomona - Unsure
Vanderbilt - Match
Chicago - Match

Have you considered Northwestern or Rice? I think both would be matches.
