Chances?

I'm currently a Junior attending a public high school in Michigan. I will be taking the ACT and SAT early next year, so I'm unable to provide scores for those.

Applying for: School of Pharmacy

Unweighted GPA: 3.83
Weighted GPA: 4.00

AP Classes: 7 By Senior Year
Other Honors Classes: 3

Sophomore Year:
AP U.S History

This Year:
AP Government
AP Language

Next Year:
AP Literature
AP Calculus BC
AP Physics
AP German

EC:
Bowling Club (9,10)
Key Club (11,12)
Youth in Government (11,12)
Robotics (11,12)
German Club (11,12)
NHS (12)

I plan on doing 200+ hours of community/school service this year. I tutor and currently hold one of the leading spots for a tutoring program at our school. I was fairly inactive in my community hours and EC during my freshman and sophomore year, is this going to hurt my chances when applying next year in October?

Any other tips to improve my chances to go to Umich would be great.

Its impossible to tell without a test score. If you get a 28+ on your ACT, you have a really good shot

School of Pharmacy? I thought that was a graduate only school o_O
