hi! could somone please tell me what they think my chances are of getting in? i am a hispanic female, senior year in high school, 3 AP classes, 90 average but i have a 560 in critical reading 550 in writing and 420 in math then i have a 22 on my ACT my im retaking it.

I think you"ll be fine. I know of people who have gotten accepted w/ similar scores and gpas. If your involved in clubs or sports thats always a big plus. IU is big on class rank also.

The key to admission to Indiana University seems to be that you are in the top half of your graduating class. It should be noted, however, that Indiana has made a very strong effort this year (and last year) to recruit more hispanic, black, and foreign students (in order to increase the school’s diversity). With that in mind, your grades are quite good, but your SAT/ACT scores need a bit of improvement. I would say that getting your ACT up to 24 or so would probably guarantee you admission–and that your current 22 score makes you a borderline candidate.
