<p>I am applying to be a chemical engineer. What are my chances?
GPA- 4.00+ ranked in top 10 of my class
SAT- 700 Math 580 Reading 580 Writing (Reading and Writing are a little low)
SATII- Chemistry 790 MathII 750
Classes- As difficult as anyone in my school
AP- Chemisty 5: Physics, Calculus AB (school does not have BC), and English Lit this year
Recommendations- Should be great
Essays- Good
Extracurricular
Future Business Leaders of America-President of High School 11th and 12th
-President of Region 12th
-Won my event 9th 10th and 11th and finished 8th in the state in 11th
Student Council-Member for 3 years
-Treasurer Senior year
Class Treasurer 11th grade
National Honors Society
Football- Played for all four years in high school and Lettered Senior year
- All Conference Scholar Athlete Senior year
Almost 60 hours of Community service a year
And a few other small things like local awards at Math competitions and Model UN</p>

<p>You are very close. The negative would be the reading and writing scores. You have the top 10% they want but did you show interest, interest and interest?</p>

<p>its top 3% i am ranked 10 out of 309.
and yes i showed interest. I have visited twice including their VIEW program. I have also emailed the admissions officer for my area multiple times asking questions regarding Lehigh.</p>
