Chances

I know it is a redundant question but I am planning to apply for fall transfer to these colleges. Amherst, Columbia, Rice.
I am currently a sophmore at Cornell College, a good liberal arts college in Iowa, and have a 3.85 GPA. I am a economics and mathematics double major (Major GPA 4.0). I don't have good SAT scores (1990, 780 maths, 600 reading, 610 writing but have 31 in my ACT composite (35 maths, 28 reading, 31 science, forgot the rest) and 2310 in my SAT subjects(800 math II, 780 math I and 730 physics). I took these tests around 4 years back and I took 2 years off after high school.
my major ECs are
secretary of Billiards club (college)
captain IM soccer team( won the IMs)
won bronze in international mathematics competition in high school
college magazine editor in high school
vice president of computer club
member of Red Cross, AIDS awareness and bunch of other such clubs
I have grades of 4A and 1B in high school( completed high schooling abroad. I have a foreign passport but am a permanent resident.
I think my recommendations will be pretty strong.
What do you think are my chances?
btw, I want to get into investing banking later(main reason to transfer as small college from midwest has little exposure to big financial firms), so what other colleges should I consider?
