So... I just got rejected from Penn State main and am left scrambling as I figured I was fine in getting in there. I wondered what you guys think my chances are of getting into Temple applying this late, with a 3.6 weight and 1250/1600 and 1940/2400 on my SATs. I'd also apply for their business school or undecided and I'm in-state. I realize this isn't a lot of information, I just wanted some quick thoughts from everyone.

Your scores look good enough to get into both. Do you know why you weren’t accepted at Penn State?

I wish I did. They told me I am welcome to attend any campus except University Park. I was denied for summer and fall, while I watched people from my school get accepted with worse stats than me.

That’s absurd that you didn’t get accepted. You’d definitely be in here, and you’d fit in since we hate them. No reason you should have to go to a satellite campus. My cousin got into main and she’s a moron. Their admissions is a joke.

Thanks bro yeah I was pretty p*ssed at first because I love their campus and always planned on going there. And they screwed me over by waiting 5 months to give me a decision so it’s so much harder to get in anywhere applying this late. ButI’m just taking it in stride. I’ll be sure to check out Temple though, along with a couple other schools over the coming weeks.

For sure. Definitely give Temple a shot. It’s a great school and I’ve been very happy here. Also, unlike at Penn State, you get to experience March Madness here. I would assume you like college basketball haha.

Any info on Temple Nursing (BSN)?

I would think you would get in. I had similar stats and I am in the Fox honors program.
