<p>Sorry these are so irritating, just curious.</p>

<p>I was deferred from early action, and I plan to send in a letter to assure I get in.</p>

<p>GPA: 90 unweighted, about.
SAT: 1180/1770... i know they're low.
SAT II : Bio (610), US (660 or a 690, cant remember).
8 AP's and manymany honors. Decent AP scores, but I didn't do so great on bio.
EC'S:
Community Service 4+ years
President of fall play club, footlight players, h2t2p and directing my own show in the spring, an editor position of the yearbook (not in chief), founder/vice president of quidditch club, president of GSA.
FIRST GENERATION student. My supplements & essay were both very good, and I applied quite early. I also sent in an art portfolio, although I am not applying for art.</p>

<p>Your ECs look good. NU will weight your GPA to account for your honors and AP classes. What major did you apply for? Was it really competitive?<br>
I would recommend calling or emailing your regional admissions counselor directly, rather than a general letter. When they are going back to review the deferments, your name will stand out.</p>
