Early Decision II</p>
<p>Unweighted GPA: 3.43/4.00
Weighted GPA: 3.93/4.00</p>
<p>With the scaling at my school, this makes me an A-/B+ student in an honors class. I have taken all honors classes all through high school and have taken 2 AP's, European History, and English. I rank in the top 20% of my class. My high school is ranked in the top 20 for the state of Massachusetts.</p>
<p>I chose to have my SAT's considered:
650 Critical Reading, 750 Math, 670 Writing

1400/1600</p>
<p>I have ran cross country and track for all three years of high school, and work at a YMCA summer camp. At school, I am a member of the Debate Club, and the Mock Trial team.</p>
<p>My Bates essay on vitality was about synthesizing the student body through communication.</p>
<p>Also, I write for my town newspaper as a part of an internship through my high school. The editor for the town paper wrote me a strong recommendation, and I mention several times in my application that I plan to continue journalism for my college paper.</p>
<p>My mid year grades were strong, about a 3.45/4.00 unweighted with 2 honors and 2 AP's.</p>
