Looking at this, I'm really doubting chances of getting in. But it's my top choice for college. Anyone want to tell me my chances? Thanks in advance. ><"

Your ACT is quite low, and your SAT IIs aren’t looking too good either. Try the SAT. Your GPA/rank are strong, but you should also try to do something that would make you stick out if you want to have any chance at getting in.

Must agree with Saints2009.
Your ACT is well below the 25th percentile for incoming students.
Most other things other than standardized tests look solid though.

Do you have a history of doing worse on standardized testing than would be expected due to your grades, what kind of classes you take, etc?

Have students from your school with around the same numbers successfully applied to top schools?

The thing is, your AP scores are pretty decent, and you’re obviously taking a difficult workload yet still earning excellent grades. Did you prep for the ACT and the SAT IIs?

Since it’s your top choice, I’d definitely still apply, but I would force myself to be realistic about my chances.

The thing is, the combination of the ACT, the SAT II and the GPA suggest your school is not very rigorous (and I’m in no way saying that this is the case, just that this is what the numbers suggest). If the admissions people see it as such, then having a 3.9 UW GPA is probably not going to be very helpful.

Your ECs seem fine to me. But with the ACT/SAT II, I’d say your chances are pretty low. If, however, you can get your ACT up to something like 31-32, that would make a huge difference (IIRC, you can opt to not send your SAT II scores, though you should check on this).
