Also, I want to major in engineering.

Unfortunately with the SAT scores it isn’t looking too great, but you still have a shot.

how about my ACT scores?

ACT is equivalent to about a 2040…that’s fine for Tech.

30-680
32-720
28-640

A 92.27 weighted GPA is how much unweighted? A 92.27 would be the equivalent of between an A- and A on a 4.0 scale, so 3.8 Weighted? Do you know an unweighted?

ga tech looks at only english and math act scores they are low. you look iffy!

You can’t necessarily make the conversion like that. We’d need to see the guy’s transcript to accurately convert to a 4.0 scale (weighted and unweighted) and actually give an educated guess on his admission chances.

OP: list every class you’ve taken, the grade received and the type of class (IB/AP/Community College/Advanced/Honors/Gifted/etc). Also, let us know if that grade is weighted or unweighted, and if weighted, how your school weights classes (i.e. +5 for Honors, +7 for AP, etc). From that, we’ll calculate an UWGPA, and a GT Weighted GPA and can give actual advice.
