Chances?

Hi I am a junior in high school and really want to go to either Columbia, Cornell, or UPenn...

Unweighed GPA: 3.5 (I kno it seems really low, but my school is an extremely competitive private high school in New York and it's really hard to get good grades...)

SAT: Just took it, I was getting high 2200s-low 2300s on practice tests and I think that's about what I'm gonna get (I'll retake it if not)

SAT IIs:
Chem: 750
Math Level II: 800
planning to take US History, getting between 750 and 800 and practice tests...

EC's:
VP of one of the only high school student-run microfinance organization in the country
Related to this, I went on a trip to India last year and will go to Haiti this year. Also, I have a pretty big chance of interning for Kiva, the largest microfinance vehicle in the US.

If I end up not interning for Kiva over the summer, I'll definitely have an intern spot at Morgan Stanley

Will be going on a community service trip to Botswana to help build and orphanage, etc
Went to Philly freshman year to help run a summer camp for underprivileged children

2 years of varsity fencing (most likely will be captain senior year)
2 years ultimate frisbee (my school counts this as a varsity sports and gives varsity letters)

Played for school jazz band through high school
Tour guide (don't know if that really counts...)

Other things:
I am Asian
Like I said above, my school is really competitive and hard. But on the good side, it has pretty good connections with schools (especially Penn...14 out of 100 seniors went there last year)
I have no legacy in these schools

it seems like you have a decent chance - especially considering your test scores. I would just make sure that your guidance counselor mentions why the gpa is so low in their letter. also we probably need to know where you rank in your class
