<p>I'm currently taking: AP Physics C, IB English HL II, AP Calculus AB, AP Chemistry, and IB Economics SL. I plan to the AP Physics, Calculus, and Chemistry exams.</p>

I also self studied Precalculus over the summer in order to place into Calculus AB (the highest math offered in school).</p>
<p>I was just wondering if I had a chance at universities like Cornell and UPenn. I realize that I need to take another SAT II and improve my ACT score, but honestly what are my chances? If my chances are low, can you recommend highly ranked rigorous schools in New York State? Also, I'm planning on going to medical school...</p>
