Applying to: Hotchkiss, Choate, Andover, Exeter, St.Paul's

I have finished interviews and all of them went pretty well. If you could tell me the chances @ these schools, that'd be fabulous! thanks!

You certainly have chances! I'm sure you realize that you are applying exclusively to very competitive schools that will have more qualified applicants than they have places for those applicants. Do all these schools have very strong track & field teams? I imagine your impressive record there will allow you to stand out if the coach wants you. If you have your heart set on boarding school, my suggestion is to add 1 or 2 less competitive schools with exceptional track & field teams. Of course you have chances at the schools to which you are applying; it's just that they are so competitive that it is hard to predict chances. Stay in touch with the coaches and good luck!

What grade are you applying for? Have you any interviews yet? How do you think your essay writing skills are?

J, did you just post this?

"This is kind of weird. Olivia, did you just delete your last post? I thought i just read your post on milcherry's chances, and now it's not there."

I got an email telling me you posted that, and now it looks like you didn't. And the same thing happened to me.

yea I finished my interviews, they went really well. I'm applying for 11th grade, which I understand is pretty difficult to get into. I heard that they take a lot of atheletes; is that true?

I did, and then I deleted it, because I thought I made a mistake. But that's happened to me before with my own posts when I didn't delete it. Weird, isn't it?

That is weird. :o
What did I post again that we thought became deleted?

I don't quite remember . . . I think you just said milcherry had pretty good chances with those well-developed ECs. Not sure, though. I may have read a different thread or something and thought it was this thread. Sorry. :o
