So I didn't get much response in my first post. HOpefully more people will respond this time. Please! :)

Hey guys! So my SAT scores are somewhat decent, but sadly my GPA isn't all that great. I'm an Asian Female who goes to a pretty competitive school (MSJHS if anyones heard of it). Can you tell me what my chances are for the following schools?

I also live in CA.

Overall you are decent. No for UCLA and Berkeley. Believable at the other California schools. Northwestern and Michigan are both possible, but unlikely: apply anyway.

i didn't feel like reading your whole post, but from what i looked at, you seem to have a good chance at all the schools you listed. you might get in, and you might not.

So is it still possible that I'll be able to get into schools like UCSD or UCLA even with my low gpa? Hopefully I can bring my SAT score up to balance my low gpa!

I feel like you are weighing your GPA incorrectly. You seem to be taking majority of honors/AP classes and yet your unweighted GPA must be much much higher than your weighted GPA because you overall weighted GPA seems strangely low at a 3.72. Post exactly how many honors/AP classes you took each of the years and what you got in them. You are in fact in a very similar situation with me. MY UW GPA is a 3.41 and weighted is a 4.22. I have a 2180 SAT score. Lemme know how your calcing your GPA cuz I want to make sure I am doing mine right as well.

that is definitely very helpful.
