<p>Hi. The University of Miami is my 1st choice for college. I am going to be a senior in high school and I am worried about my chances of getting into UM. I will be applying early admission.</p>

<p>I played basketball and softball my freshman and sophomore year. I played volleyball all 3 years of high school and will be playing my senior year. I did 11hrs of volunteer work. (i know it isn't a lot) I live in NJ.</p>

<p>I’ll be honest. As of right now, your chances aren’t looking to good. Your GPA is good but the problem lies in your SAT score. If you can get it up to a 1950+ and perhaps become more involved in ec’s during your senior year, you can get it.</p>
