Employment: Internships in various medical clinics, including top 5 in the nation neurosurgery
-accepted at NIH SIP to do research this summer, probably going this summer unless TASP or RSI takes me

Essay: IDK like a 7/10, I’m not that good at writing
Recommendations: 9/10

Your scores and course rigor look great, and props on the internships! The only concerning details would be GPA (although the upwards trend helps) and your lack of confidence in the essays. Here’s what I would say (sorry if it’s not incredibly accurate–I’m rather new to this):

Ivies, MIT, UChicago, Standford: high reach (for everyone)
CMU, Vandy, WUSTL, USC, William and Mary: high/mid reach
Northeastern, RPI, UVA: match/safety (RPI is probably looking for girls–it’s currently 70% male)

The main thing I would say is to work on your GPA and essays.
