<p>I am a high school junior. What do you think of my chances at Duke ED and RD?</p>

<p>I took the SAT in the summer going to 11th grade. I got a 2060 (780M, 660W, 620CR). Planning on retaking in Jan 07, hoping for 2250.</p>

<p>I am in the IB Program.
GPA = 4.8 W
Top 2% of School.</p>

<p>Taking all IB courses this year and next year, GPA should get up to 5.2 or so.</p>

<p>EC's:
No. 1 tennis player in school..on varisty team since 9th grade.
Ranked in the state in top 40 for tennis.
Academic Challenge Team (7th, 8th, 10th, 11th)
NHS President.
German NHS President.
Student Council President (8th, 9th, 10th)
200+ hours of Community Service in hospital.
Civitans Vice-President.
Citizenship Award from Red Cross for Volunteer Efforts.
Beta Club Pres.
Started school newspaper (pretty sad that i had to start..)
Math Team.
CPR/BLS Certified.</p>

<p>You seem like a great candidate. Just make sure your essay represents you, and try to bring up those SATs. Good luck.</p>

<p>I agree. I think the tennis really adds a lot to application because the other EC's are sort of bland. Bring up your scores to 2200+ and I think you have a very good shot RD and even better ED.</p>
