Change an italian student please...i'll chance you back

<p>so here’s my totally unqualified opinion
you have some beautiful qualifications…graduating early and being italian is the kind of thing US colleges love. they’ll like the fact you’ve done the 13th year, showing intellectual curiousity and suchlike.
I think it really depends on what the overall pool of applicants from Europe is like this year… do a lot of Italians apply to brown? I imagine that your ESSAYS will make or break you. If you come across as an interesting person who would bring delights to campus, then you’ll probably get in, SATs regardless. Remember that you’re a fairly unusual applicant to Brown - ie you didn’t grow up in america and have an international perspective that most american teenagers don’t. you’ll stand out a lot more than john doe who went to local high and grinds through his courses.
you could always try emailing the international admissions people and establishing a contact w/ them. they’re the ones who read your app and argue it in committee. every little helps!</p>
