change common app after early?

My main EC is swimming, but quite a bit of my app is focused on debate as well. Before the early application deadline, I had merely listed a couple awards here and there. This weekend I just won a national tournament at Princeton U, and I would like to add to the achievements section for my common application, however, I can't seem to change it since I have applied early decision/action. Is there any way I could change this?

Also, my early schools required my midterm grades. These grades generally don't count towards our GPA, or are even on our transcript. Our end term grades recently came out officially, and my grades rose quite a bit. Our GC told us we could contact the school with this updated information, and that they would send out the official grade report on Tuesday. Who would the best person to send it to be? The GC says the school's regional director for my state, NJ, but I wanted to double check.

Also, one of my schools already let the applicants know that they will be releasing decisions on Dec 9th, at 5pm (ED). Do you think I should bother sending any updated grades there?

Thanks!

I can only answer some of your questions:

On the common app website, go to the “Instructions” tab. Scroll down to find instructions for creating different application versions. The directions should be pretty straightforward, and it worked fine for me, but let me know if you have any other questions about that.

Also, congrats at Princeton! I was also there today (won in speech event) :D
