Does anyone have U S News rankings from 2005 or so? I'm curious to see which colleges have gone up or down over the past few years. I'm not so interested in the Top 25 but more like the schools in the 25-75 or so range. Like a Penn State or Wisconsin or Maryland, etc. Thanks

Your local public library should offer you one-stop-shopping on this.

Thanks. I did last week and my library only had 2009-11. I was looking for years prior like 2006 or so.

Ask the reference librarian. All of this stuff is archived somewhere, and it will give him/her a thrill to show you how to find things. You might even get to learn how to use a microfilm reader!

Because it’s how important??? Rankings in general have extremely limited utility. Dated rankings? Relevance?

Relevance not in comparing schools to each other but relevant to see how the perception of certain schools may have increased or decreased over the past 5 years or so. Not a big deal
