Change in senior schedule... tell colleges?

So I just recently had a significant change made to my senior year schedule. I went from taking AP English Lit online (through Florida Virtual School) to taking English 4 Honors online (still through FLVS). My instincts tell me it's probably a pretty good idea to inform ALL of the colleges I've applied to of this change, despite any bad impressions it may leave.

Questions:
1 - I'm not wrong in that I should inform the colleges, right?
2 - If yes, do I need to also inform the colleges to which I've already been accepted?
3 - Will it really look "that bad"? The reason for the change is that I simply wouldn't be able to graduate on time because I wasn't on track to complete AP Lit by April (my school's deadline to be locked in for graduation).
4 - Should I include that explanation ^ in my e-mail to the colleges?

I know it's stupid to be even asking in the first place but just want some feedback. Thanks!

Any input?

Yes. You are required to inform all schools to which you applied of any changes in your senior year courses.

Yes. It was a component of your application, and it’s a significant change, so they’ll want to know.

I don’t think it’ll be a problem, especially where you were already accepted.

A brief explanation would be reasonable, but if your explanation is that you fell behind in the course because of a lack of organization or because you didn’t complete assignments on time, you might just want to leave out the explanation.
