<p>I have been admitted for UCSB for fall '10 and on my application i put i wanted a major of communications and thats the major i got in with. I am now second thinking studying communications and going into sociology or psychology; and since ucsb allows a person to change their major, i was wondering if i were to change it, could they take my admissions offer away? or should i stick to the major for the first two quarters and test it out? </p>

"Major Changes for Admitted Students
Prior to submitting your Statement of Intent to Register (SIR), you may change your major to one listed on the chart below. If you are interested in a major that UCSB offers, but which is not listed, acceptance into that major requires additional evaluation of your records. "</p>
