<p>I applied to Anthropolgy and I want to change my major to Civil Engineering? Will it be hard for me? will a different major make it easier to transfer to civil eng?</p>
<p>I'm currently a sophomore civil engineering student, but I'm not sure how hard changing majors would be, especially since you're not in Viterbi right now. My advice would be to talk to the Anthro advisor ASAP to see what you have to do to switch. I would recommend taking courses like calculus, the intro to CE class, etc your first semester just so you don't get off track. Engineering is a 4 year major and will be hard to complete in time unless you remain on track from the beginning.</p>
