Okay, so in college do any of you change your outfits more than once in a day?

i’ve done it before

No. Not for classes at least (unless it’s warmer or colder out than you expected). Later on you might change if you want to work out, or be more comfy, or want to look nice to go out. When in doubt, wear layers!

For my lab class, I have to wear long sleeves. It is hot out right now and I don’t want to wear long sleeves in 90 degree heat, so I change before that.

but it’s not the norm?

When I go running in the afternoon I may wear a different shirt than what I wore earlier but not always.

Yeah, it happens. People change clothes to work out, go to parties, etc.

Since I have evening class and am classes and a huge break in between… yes. I generally work out or somehow get sweaty and end up feeling gross if I don’t shower and/or change cloths.

I swear my roommate changes his clothes like 4 times a day. He wears shorts and a shirt to class. Then he works out and changes his clothes. He wears different clothes when just walking around our dorm, gameroom, etc. Then he goes out at night a lot and changes his clothes. It’s crazy.

I’ve been doing it just because it’s unusually hot and I get sweaty. But unless that’s the case, or say you have to dress up for a presentation in one class but not the rest, I wouldn’t consider it normal. Doing laundry in college costs money and is a pain.

My roommate parties a lot and changes every evening before he goes out. I guess it all depends on what makes you feel more comfortable.

OP–

I’m just curious as to why you are asking?

if you want to change clothes/don’t want to change clothes, it’s no one’s business but yours, and no one else is paying attention anyway.

boysx3, I know but I’m curious. Every freshman has something that they don’t want to seem silly doing, and for me it’s this. :P

Hell no. Gotta milk every outfit for as long as possible. I’m no movie star or celebrity going to some ceremonial award show, who change after performing. I’m just a student.

Yes. I’m taking a dance class this semester. I have to change into dance-appropriate clothing before I go and back into my normal clothes again afterward. I’m also a business major and have just about something every week that requires me to be in a suit for a couple hours. So yes, I do quite a bit of changing. As do athletes, students with jobs, students who want to dress up for partying or dates, etc. Trust me, no one’s going to bat an eye if you change your clothes.
