<p>Ill be an international freshmen arriving in UW for the fall 2007 semester. I have recently changed my address, actually moved to a whole new country. Which department in the university should I send an email to, notifying them of a change in address so that mail can be redirected to my new address? </p>
<p>Furthermore, when should the first semester fees be paid by? </p>
