<p>You can’t change it now, admissions come out today. Your best bet is once you get accepted you go change it by talking to the school. Most schools are strict about people switching to economics but since you’re already in Econ, I suppose it shouldn’t be as difficult.</p>
<p>Well, most majors are accepted in the “Pre” status anyway. Like Pre-Economics or Pre-Poli Sci… you have to actually GO declare your major after you send in your SIR. The college can tell you more about WHEN you have to declare and if you can change to a similar field.</p>
<p>Economics is an impacted major. I hope you have the right GPA</p>
