<p>You can apply for a transfer/dual degree. But you have to have all the requirements to do so; you don't merely switch on the basis of being a Penn student.</p>

<p>take 4 one star classes, preferably classes youve already taken in high school. make sure you get 5s on micro and macro. and you are in. This is exactly how it is done in the past. thats why its always 3.46-3.64 because people who transfer already know they wanna transfer so they will look for the loophole in the system.</p>
