Changed counselor after submitting app--Will this make something go wrong?

Hi everyone!

So the thing is, I had a rough year in terms of counselors so far: my counselor for the past three years moved to a different school, so I got assigned a new counselor who I never saw before she "retired" in the middle of the semester. I was with another counselor for a while, and I had her down as my school counselor on the Common App when I submitted it to Stanford.

However, I recently got assigned to a new, permanent counselor who's been very nice and very up to date with the entire counselor recommendation process, and so we agreed to change my Common App counselor to her (( the interim counselor hadn't started on my stuff, yet, so it was doable)).

The thing is, my Stanford app still lists the interim counselor as my recommender. Neither me nor my counselor realized this would still be in place before break started, so I haven't been able to get in touch with her. I emailed Stanford admissions about changing my counselor on the app, but because of their office being closed for break, I still haven't gotten a response.

I know there isn't much else to do at this point, but I'm just worried over how this will go. The admissions office doesn't seem to open again until after the deadline has passed, so will they still be willing to change my counselor on the app? Will that look bad for my chances...? ;;

((Thankfully, it looks like they still received the counselor recommendation portion all fine. It's just that the name listed and the name received is different...))

This should work out fine, just call to make sure all is clarified once the office opens after the winter break.
