So basically what happened is I already submitted my transcripts, but saw that one of my grades should be bumped up from a B+ to an A. I asked the teacher about it and she e-mailed my GC, and I'm expecting that my transcript in the school system will be updated by the end of the week.

Since the submitted transcripts don't reflect that grade though, does anyone know if they can easily just update/re-submit the transcripts? I'm just afraid that they won't be able to change it and will have to e-mail the office of admissions of every college I've applied to or something ridiculous like that.

(My school also uses Naviance if that makes any difference.)

You would have been better served to have waited until this was resolved before sending, because at this point, emailing each college is your only option.

Alright, I guess I’ll have a lovely talk with my new GC then. Hopefully she doesn’t get too angry with me.

Just wondering, do you know also if the midyear report will make any difference? I know that the transcript submitted now won’t reflect my true GPA but will probably have some sort of indication of the grade discrepancy, but the admissions officers will take into account the semester grades before final decisions, yes?

(I am fairly sure the answer is yes, but direct peace of mind is what I am yearning for at the moment.) :/

The mid-year report could potentially tip the accept/reject scales one way or another.
